Cost of delivery?
Delivery charges are based on a percentage of your total purchase, the paypal cart calclulates this for you - the more you buy the lower the cost of postage:

How can I order, for collection?

Who will deliver the pet food?
Delivery is by either Royal Mail, or ParcelForce Couriers. Local Cardiff deliveries may be likley to be delivered personally.
When should I expect to receive my products?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving payment. If there is any issues we will contact you by email. We strive to get your products to you as soon as possible, and will dispatch as soon as possible.
What time should I expect the products to be delivered?
Smaller items sent by Royal Mail will be delivered at the time of your usual post. Larger items can be delivered at any time before 5.30pm.
Can I collect my products?
We accept collections. You can come along to Petbowl office and pick up your order. Collection is by appointment only, Click here to order

How long does it take for card payments to be received?
Card payments are automatically processed at the time of the order.
Returns Policy
If customer orders the wrong size/type
Customer can return the item to Petbowl at their expense. Once we have received it back, we will refund the customer 90% of the cost of the products in their order (we keep all of the original postage charge).NO REFUND IF OPENED/UNSEALED/NOT IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
